Q & A

The durability of your cedar wood insoles depends on how often and how intensively you walk. If you use them daily, you should replace the insoles after about three months. However, this assumes that you wear the same pair of shoes every day. The more often you change shoes, the longer your cedar wood insoles will last.

The ability to absorb moisture is not the only property of cedar wood that keeps your feet dry and healthy. The wood also contains essential oils that protect the tree in nature from external influences, such as fungi. Even long after the tree has been felled, large amounts of the essential oil can still be found in the wood, reliably protecting your feet from bacteria and fungi. If your feet are already infected with athlete's foot, the symptoms should subside after just a few days.

This is not advisable, as the cedar sole adapts to each individual footbed in the shoe. It is better to leave it in the shoe in which it was originally inserted.

No, it adapts to the shape of your foot after just a few steps, you don't even feel that you have an insole in your shoe.
